Exams

Our comprehensive exams include testing visual acuity, a refraction to obtain the best possible prescription, testing for glaucoma, checking the health of the front and the back part of the eye. We use the latest technology including automatic refractor/ keratometer, non-contact tonometer, FDT Visual field screening, and optomap. Patient records are computerized and backed up daily.

We fit all types of contacts including daily wear, extended wear, lenses for astigmatism, gas permeable hard lenses, bifocal contacts and lenses to treat keratoconus. Included in your fitting are a pair of trial lenses, instruction on insertion & removal if needed, & follow-up visits to ensure the proper fit.

Dr Ebert & Dr Kosir are also licensed to detect and treat dry eye syndrome, red eyes caused by eye infections or allergy, monitor for toxic ocular effect of various medications, evaluate cataracts, do diabetic eye exams, pre-op and post-op for refractive and cataract surgery and removing foreign bodies.
